ABOUT US
The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) is a vital organization that provides support, advocacy, and camaraderie for veterans who have served in foreign conflicts. For many veterans, the VFW serves as a community where they can connect with others who have shared similar experiences in the military. The organization also plays a crucial role in advocating for veterans' rights, benefits, and healthcare, ensuring that those who have served their country receive the support they deserve. Additionally, the VFW often engages in charitable activities, supports veterans' families, and honors the memory of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Overall, the VFW stands as a pillar of support and solidarity for veterans, offering a sense of belonging and a platform for their voices to be heard.
The building for Post #443 was built in the 1950's after the land was donated to the post. Much of the work done to the building over the years has been done by members of the post and community. Each shared their talents and skills to help make the post what it is.
